Community Outreach

We engage with members while servng the community through numerous activities, such as those below:

• Easter Eggstravaganza - An egg hunt with many other exciting activities for young families!
• Fall Fling / Trunk or Treat - A great Halloween event with decorated trunks, candy, hayrides, face painting, pumpkin painting and snacks!
• Valley Arts Christmas Concert - A lovely concert held in early December featuring many local talents.
• Live Nativity - Yes, with live animals, music, hot chocolate! For the whole community! 
• Christmas Bazaar and Cookie Walk - Crafters ands vendors, Lunch, Delicious baked treats, Raffle Baskets
• First Monday Meals - Twice a year we provide an evening meal for Seniors and the less fortunate. This monthly meal is promoted by the Open Link.
• Hoagie Days - We provide hoagie meals to retirement facilities in our community, housing residents on limited incomes.
• Thanksgiving Meals and Food Drives - We provide meal items to Open Link for their annual Thanksgiving meals and throughout the year. We host regular food collections to keep the food pantry well-stocked throughout the year, paying attention to the most needed items on their list. As the Soup and Stew Congregation in the Upper Perkiomen Valley, we also take a monthly food collection focused on soups and stews.
• Gods Work, Our Hands - Every fall we do a Community Outreach within the community.  This includes collecting food items for those in need, care baskets to seniors, etc.
• Blood Drives - St. John's is the site of a quarterly American Red Cross blood drive.
